They aren't kidding when they say Vegas is a 24-hour city.

Take a look at what you can do whether it's 3am or 3pm.

A common thing to hear about Vegas is how nothing EVER seems to close - not clubs, bars, restaurants - nothing. While most are used to a typical 2 a.m. last call, here it's more like a 4-to-5 a.m., whenever-we-feel-like-it, nonexistent closing time.

And when you're having fun in a 24-hour town like Las Vegas, it's easy to lose track of time. Whether it's day or night, it doesn't really matter because Vegas continues to blur those lines that determine when you *should* be enjoying yourself, and instead gives you the freedom to let that be whenever and however you want.

Here's our challenge for all you night owls/early birds/excitement-fueled insomniacs: the following photos were taken at either 3 a.m. or 3 p.m. - can you tell which is which?

1. No matter what time to clock reads, it's always daytime thanks to the "skies" at the Forum Shops at Caesars.

2. Ghostbar at the Palms is both a nightclub and a dayclub, so no matter what time it is, it's always a fun time.

3. Pool party...that's obviously a daytime thing, right? Not when you are talking about XS Nightclub at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, home of the Sunday Nightswim.

4. Breakfast for dinner (!!) and more at Pantry inside The Mirage. It's open 24/7 so you can eat what you want, when you want.

5. Cozy intimate lounge + 24-hour diner = the Peppermill Coffee Shop. The difference between the Peppermill and most places is, well, night and day.
